Terms of Service

These terms apply to every quote, mock-up and order from Jad 3D Studio, a 3D design and print studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By sending a quote request or approving an order, you agree to them.

Quotes, mock-ups and approval

Your files, logos and designs

You confirm that you own, or have written permission to use, every file, logo, trademark, artwork, building design and 3D file you send us, and that our making the pieces you order will not infringe anyone's rights. You will cover (indemnify) us against any third-party claim, loss or cost arising from the material you supplied.

For building replicas, you confirm that you are the developer or owner of the building, or that you hold the owner's and architect's written consent. We may ask for that confirmation in writing before production.

Files from online libraries can be used only if their licence allows commercial use (for example CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA, or a commercial licence bought from the creator). We do not print files licensed "non-commercial" or "personal use only" for paid orders.

Jobs we may refuse

We may refuse or stop any job at our discretion, including if we think it may infringe someone's intellectual property, if it is a real landmark or third-party building without the owner's written permission, or if the item is unsafe, illegal or offensive. We don't make replicas of landmarks or third-party buildings without the owner's written licence. If we stop a job for one of these reasons, we refund any amount paid for work not yet done.

Payment

Pay in full for orders up to AED 10,000. Above AED 10,000, we ask for a 50% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.

Minimum order

The minimum order is AED 500, and custom runs start at 25 units.

Lead time and delivery

The lead time is confirmed on your quote. Larger runs get a dated schedule with the quote. Delivery is available across the UAE and is charged at cost.

3D printing tolerances

3D-printed pieces have fine layer lines, small dimensional tolerances and slight colour variation between batches and against on-screen colours. These are normal for the process and are not defects. Tell us before you approve the mock-up if a dimension or colour is critical, so we can agree it in writing.

Defects and refunds

Pieces are made to order, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved mock-up beyond the normal variation above, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will reprint or refund the affected pieces.

Ownership of designs

Designs, 3D models and mock-ups we create stay ours until the order is paid in full. Once paid, you have the right to use the delivered pieces. Your own logos and supplied material stay yours.

Confidentiality

We treat your files and project details as confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA on request. We never show a client's logo, building or pieces in our marketing without the client's separate written OK.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
